Valencia Summer Camp

If you are looking for a big city experience but want the accessibility and charm of a small one, than Valencia is for you. A city with a metropolitan area of 2 million people Valencia has everything you could ask for: shopping, parks, museums, beaches, fascinating architecture, excellent public transport and a great Mediterranean climate.  In recent years Valencia has undergone a thorough modernization and cultural renaissance. An example of this is the City of Arts and Sciences, a complex that contains the largest aquarium in Europe, an interactive science museum, IMAX theater and opera house.

Our camp is located just steps from this and more! Conveniently located on the campus of the Polytechnic University of Valencia, our campers will live in a residence hall in a modern building that also houses their classroom space. Camp activities will be held on the grounds and green spaces of the university.  There is also a tram and bus stop just steps away making it easy to get to any part of the city. Walking is also very convenient with the beach just 20 minutes away and 30 minutes to the urban oasis that is Turia Garden.

Because of Valencia’s rich sailing heritage, it has hosted two America’s Cup sailing championships, our camp in Valencia is the only one that offers sailing as an optional sport as well as golf (both for an additional fee). Possible full day trips include: Alicante, Sagunto and Calpe. Half day trips may include of city tours, a visit to the City of Arts and Sciences and swimming at the beach. Our Valencia camp is an excellent day camp option if you would like to have the family close together and share great vacation memories.
